Where we work now

Veterans and families are our starting point.

Current work is statewide Oregon, with Central Oregon as the primary activity hub and rural veterans as a clear access priority.

Veteran & Family Homefront

Trusted relationships, outdoor and adaptive experiences, creative expression, peer connection, and follow-through.

Access to Care

Nonclinical navigation when a barrier appears.

Consent-based barrier review, resource awareness, warm handoffs to qualified partners, and follow-up.

Scope boundary: Tributary Foundation does not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, clinical suicide-risk assessment, crisis intervention, emergency response, legal services, benefits representation, or clinical/formal case management. Qualified external partners perform regulated services within their own scope.

Governance

The mission belongs to no one person.

The Board retains final fiduciary, mission, budget, compliance, risk, program, and restricted-fund authority. Advisors, ambassadors, donors, and partners do not acquire governance authority by participating.

Privacy

Collect less. Share only when needed.

The Foundation may collect contact, participation, access, volunteer, partner, donation, campaign, and basic website information needed for a defined charitable or operational purpose.

We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, give donors or sponsors control over participant selection or private participant information, or make clinical records part of ordinary Foundation files.

Separate permission is used for media, campaigns, warm handoffs, transportation, and other actions where separate consent is appropriate. Privacy requests: admin@tributaryfoundation.org.

Formal privacy policy adoption and supersession are governed by Board records. This public summary does not amend controlling policy.
